Sarah Jane Lemons Cooper

Sarah Jane Lemons Cooper, 85, widow of the late William “Bill” Cooper, died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at the Mayfair Manor Nursing Home, Lexington, KY.
A native of Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Minnie Himes Lemons.  She was a retired K-Mart employee.
She is survived by five children, Teresa Jolly, James (Judy) Cooper, Willie (Brenda) Cooper, Cathy Nelson and Tammy (Wayne “Porky”) Lewis; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren and a daughter-in-law, Belinda Mastin.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Charlie Cooper; three brothers, Calvin Lemons, John Lemons, Robert Sea and one sister, Dorothy Arnold.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2020 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Bro. Benny Strunk.  Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Monday, March 2, 2020 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Cooper, Jr., David Cooper, William Cooper, Tiffany Resor, Tabitha Lewis and Jamey Cooper.
