The Kentucky Department for Public Health, the Kentucky Pharmacist Association and the Bourbon County Health Department will be offering free Naloxone education and kits to everyone 18 years or older at Millersburg Fire Station, 301 W. 5th St., Millersburg.

Free $20.00 gift card for HIV testing.
