Cecil Kenneth Holland

Cecil Kenneth Holland, widower of Carol Kay Holland, died suddenly of a massive heart attack, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky, at the age of 72 years. Kenneth was born in Paris, Kentucky on June 5, 1952, the son of the late Charles Kenneth and Juanita Pearl Yazell Holland, was a 1970 graduate of Bourbon County High School, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and was retired from CMWA where he had worked as a Training Coordinator. He enjoyed fishing but his favorite thing to do was watching his grandchildren participate in all their activities.
Surviving is his son, David (Jessica) Holland; grandchildren, Colten Holland, Maycen Holland; sisters, Linda Shinn, and Deborah Holland. Also surviving was a niece, Alissa (Jason) Ralls.
The funeral service for Cecil Kenneth Holland will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Darrell Flannery officiating. Interment will follow in Paris cemetery with casket bearers being Darrell Flannery, Jayson Jacoby, Darrin Allen, Jon Clinkenbeard, and Chris Lairson.
