Kathy Janean Rawlins

Kathy Janean Rawlins, affectionately known as Kathy, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025, in her hometown of Paris, Kentucky, where her story began on July 21, 1971. Kathy’s life was a testament to love, creativity, and family devotion.
Survived by her beloved husband, Benny Rawlins, Kathy was the cornerstone of her family, which includes her mother, Carlene Bryant Roe, her loving children, Benjamin (Jessica) Rawlins and their son, Arlo, Travis Rawlins, and Savannah Rawlins, and her siblings, Kim Roe (Bryan McFarland) and Steed (Jackie) Roe.
Kathy’s educational journey culminated in earning her GED, a stepping stone that led to a fulfilling career at Kentucky Textiles where she formed lasting friendships. Her passion for life was evident in her hobbies; she found joy in drawing, making bracelets, and crafting, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful creations that will be cherished by all who knew her. Kathy’s radiant spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed.
