Linda Lou Wasson

Linda Lou Wasson, age 74, of Paris, departed this life on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Linda was born in Paris on May 28, 1951, the daughter of the late Edwin Earl and Elizabeth Florence Carter Wasson, was a graduate of Bourbon County High School, a retired seamstress, having worked for Kentucky Textile, and a member of Little Rock Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Dudley Wasson.
Survivors include a brother, Donnie Earl Wasson; a niece, Kimberly Ann Carter; and two nephews, Clayton Earl Wasson, and Derrick Ray Wasson.
The funeral service for Linda Lou Wasson will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Rex Graham officiating. Interment will follow in North Middletown cemetery with casket bearers being Clayton Wasson, Gene Sherman, Ricky Tubbs, Austin Tubbs, Gary Carter, and Gayle Slade.
