Susan Ann Warner

Susan Ann Warner, 55 of Carlisle passed away Saturday March 21, 2026, peacefully at her home. She was born October 25, 1970, to the late Jo Ann Dale (Elza Dale) and the late John Sammie Lemons Jr.
She was a 1988 graduate of Nicholas County High School and worked at Ramset in Paris, Kentucky. Susan’s greatest loves in life were her children Hannah, Katie and being Nana to her granddaughter ‘Princess Paisley’ who was also her ‘Toots’. Susan loved summertime and spending time with her family by the pool.
Susan is preceded in death by her mother Jo Ann Dale, her father John Sammie Lemons, her grandparents R.B. and Ida Mitchell, and a special sister-in-law Helen Warner Hughes. Susan is survived by two daughters Hannah Madden and Katie Warner, a granddaughter Paisley Madden. Other survivors include her father Elza Dale, a sister Jennifer (Doug) Fongeallz, her nieces Samantha French (Travis Shields), Mya and Rori Mitchell, a nephew Dylan Sparks, her aunts Connie (Eddie) Zornes, Nellie Rankin, Nancy (Jerry) Allison, an Uncle Billy (Melissa) Mitchell.
Funeral services were at 1 pm. on Friday March 27, 2026, at Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home. Bro. Jonathan Allison officiated and burial followed in Piqua Cemetery in Robertson County. Visitation was Friday 11 am – 1 pm. Pallbearers were Dylan Sparks, Casey Mitchell, Dustin Mitchell, Ricky Hughes, Noah Gifford, Jordan Allison, Cody Dicken and Mikey Zornes. Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
