Timothy James “Tim” Hubbard

Timothy James “Tim” Hubbard, age 67, of Paris, Kentucky, husband of Theresa Salas Hubbard, of 48 years, departed this life on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky, surrounded by his loving family. Tim was a loving Husband, Father, Papa, Uncle, Brother-in-law, and friend to all who knew him. In addition to his wife, Theresa, he is survived by two sons, Jesse (Brandy) Hubbard, and Arthur (Stephanie) Hubbard; granddaughters, Faith Elizabeth (Mason) Hubbard, Kylie Reese Hubbard, and Abbie Grace Hubbard; one sister, Connie Leigh (Liz) Hubbard; as well as numerous brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. Tim was deeply loved by those who knew him and will be incredibly missed.
Tim was born in Tucson, Arizona on February 1, 1959, the son of the late Rev. Lee Wallace and Joyce Cornils Hubbard. He was a veteran of the United States Navy serving on the USS John King DDG-3 for four years. He received his associates degree from St. Phillips College in San Antonio Texas. He was incredibly happy to finish his nearly 50-year HVAC career as an estimator at Hubbard Mechanical; the company his son, Art, founded. His legacy is being continued through his Granddaughter Abbie, who is starting her career; becoming the third-generation Hubbard in the HVAC industry. For twenty-nine years he taught Heating and Air at the Bluegrass Community Technical College, was a member of the American Legion Post 0200, and a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church.
Tim will be remembered for his love of family, unique sense of humor, and his passion for teaching others the HVAC trade he loved so much. His life touched so many with love, kindness, and a teaching heart that will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tim’s name to Methodist Mountain Mission at PO Box 888, Jackson, KY 41339.
The memorial visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the memorial service following at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Southgate officiating.
