Gail Lee Jones

Gail Lee Jones, age 56, passed away on October 14, 2026. His passing leaves behind a heartbroken family and a lifetime of memories that will forever be treasured by those who knew and loved him.
Gail was a stubborn, hardworking man who lived life in his own way. He had a heart that showed itself through his actions, and he was always there for anyone who needed him. If someone needed help, they could count on Gail to be there. He was the kind of man who would show up when it mattered, and that is something his family and friends will never forget. He may have been stubborn at times, but that was part of what made him who he was. He was a man with his own way of doing things, a strong spirit, and a place in the hearts of so many people.
Above all, Gail was a husband, a father, a grandfather, a son, a brother, and a friend. His family was an important part of his life, and he leaves behind so many loved ones who will miss him more than words can ever express. The pain of losing him is immeasurable, and life will never be quite the same without him. There will always be moments when his family wishes they could call him, talk to him, or have just one more day with him. Although his time here was far too short, the memories and love he leaves behind will last a lifetime.
Gail is survived by his loving wife, Kandy Jones; his children, Kelsey Jones (Jayson Smith), Brittany Jones (Dakota Stanfield), and Bryce Jones; and his beloved grandchildren, McKenna and Madalynn Smith, and Grayson, Aubree, and Karson Stanfield. His grandchildren will forever hold a special place in his story, and his memory will live on through the family he loved.
He is also survived by his parents, Steve and Linda Buckler; his six siblings, Tracey Jones, Larkin Jones, Stevie Buckler, BJ Buckler, Tina Buckler, and Shane Buckler; and his very special cousin, Vickie Joseph; cousin, Lisa Lawrence; aunt, Pat Martin; aunts and uncles of the Jones family along with many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Gail was preceded in death by his beloved son, Justin Lee Jones, whom he now leaves this world to be reunited with. Though the loss of Justin has already left a deep place of sadness in the family, there is comfort in the thought that father and son are together again. He is also preceded in death by grandparents, Bill and Carrie Edwards, Christine and Oscar Jones and Lester and Louise Jones; father in law, Doug Edwards and mother in law, Karen Edwards.
The loss of Gail leaves a void that can never truly be filled. His family will carry him with them in their hearts, in the stories they share, in the memories they hold close, and in the little moments that remind them of him. They will remember his stubborn ways, his hard work, his willingness to help others, and the man he was to the people who loved him.
Though saying goodbye is one of the hardest things his family will ever face, Gail’s life will never be forgotten. His time on earth may have ended, but the love he gave and the memories he created will continue through the generations of his family.
Rest peacefully, Gail. You will forever be loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten. Until we meet again.
