Glenford Gene Grow

Glenford Gene Grow, 65, born May 27th, 1954 in Frankfort, Kentucky, passed peacefully at his home on October 17, 2019.   He was co-owner of Meadowthorpe Appliance Center for 25 years, and served his country in the United States Marine Corp., during the Viet Nam conflict.
He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-one years, Roxann Grow; his adored sister, Penny McDonald; daughters, Dawn Mecal Poston, Brooke Lykins; his sons, Micah Baker and Michael Grow.   Also surviving are his nine grandchildren and his special nieces, Lindsey McDonald, Shelby McDonald, Leana King, Sara King, and his partners in crime, Mary King and Jamie King.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Zeda Grow, his father, William Grow, and his brother, Tex Conley.
Glen will be remembered for his love of family, his strength, and quirky smile.
The Celebration of Life was held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Christian Faith Center, 2859 KY-36, Cynthiana, Kentucky, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 6 p.m. with the service beginning at 5:00 p.m., with Kim Smith officiating.  Honorary bearers were Lindsey McDonald, Shelby McDonald, Sara King, Leana King and Avery Posten.
