Imogene L. Stivers Livengood

Imogene L. Stivers Livengood, 81, wife of Gerald Clay Livengood, died Friday September 4, 2020 at the Bourbon Community Hospital, Paris, KY.

A native of Bourbon County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Laurel P. Stivers and the late Georgia Ann Traylor Stivers Feeback.   She was a retired hair stylist. Imogene enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, loved Elvis Presley’s music and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, Winchester, KY.

In addition to her husband, she was also survived by three children, Lisa (Doug) Clem, Timothy Clay (Lisa) Livengood and Lori (Stephen) Curry; one sister, Virginia Fryman; one brother, Marion Stivers; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday September 8, 2020 at the ME Pruitt Funeral Home, 303 Main St., Millersburg, KY by Bro. Barry Proctor. Burial will follow in the Millersburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Monday at the ME Pruitt Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Vance Reddick, Wilson Wilder, Jimmy West, Daily Earlywine, Denny Ritchie and Walt Ryder.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Howard, Stephen Curry, Mark Fryman, Clark Ship, Doug Clem and James Fryman.

Memorials may take the form of contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association 6100 Dutchmans Lane, STE 401, Lousiville, KY 40205.

The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
