William Charles Clem

William C. Clem, 76, of Ewing, KY, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021, at Christ Hospital of Cincinnati, OH.
He was born on February 7, 1945, in Bourbon County, KY, to the late Willie T. and Thelma Braddock Clem. He proudly served his country in the 9th Infantry during the Vietnam War. He worked for the city of Sarasota, Florida as a master mechanic for thirty-three years. Upon retirement he moved back to Fleming County. He is survived by his wife of fifty one years Betty Whalen Clem, six daughters; Blynda DeMonia (Thomas), Kathy Harms (Terry), Bobbie Hamill (Chad), Pamela De Salvo (Chuck), Shawnn McRoberts (Justin), Marie Vice (Brian) and one son Damian Clem.
William was a loving grandfather to eighteen grandchildren, also a brother, Fred Clem and one sister Carolyn Clem. William is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home with burial following in Clintonville Cemetery.
Visitation was Saturday, noon – 2 p.m.
Pallbearers were; Brian Vice, Chad Buckner, Michael Pettit, Tom DeMonia, Roy Caskey and Damian Clem.
Honorary bearers were; Fred Clem, Jackie Pettit, Jerry Wills and Cody Wayne Day.
