Martha Lair Clay

Martha Lair Clay, age 73, of Lexington, departed this life on Sunday, May 16, 2021. She was born in Paris, KY, on February 29, 1948, the daughter of the late Samuel Clay, Jr. and Dorothy Lair Clay. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Clay, III.
Surviving is a sister, Kate C. Barret; a brother, Charlton A. Clay (Tom Douglas Parrish); nieces and nephew, Elizabeth Barret Stilz (Coley), Anne Barret Wallin (Jason), Lauren Clay Barret, Molly Clay Baird, Hannah Ruth Clay, Samuel Clay, IV; and a sister-in-law, Whitney Elvove Clay.
At Martha’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
