Judy Martin Corro

Judy Martin Corro, 70, wife of Dino Corro, departed this life Thursday, May 27, 2021, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY, surrounded by her family.
She was born March, 12, 1951, in Bourbon County, KY, to the late Kirk Wallace Martin, Sr. and Dorothy Swartz Martin of Mount Sterling, Kentucky.
Survivors include her husband, Dino Corro; her son, Timothy Lawson (Julie); two grandsons, Dustin Lawson (Savannah) and Noah Lawson; and one granddaughter, Mckenzie Lawson all of Paris, KY; four sisters, Shirley Jean Martin, Carrie Mae Hayes, and Ann Wallace Burger all of Mount Sterling, KY, and Brenda Kay Conkright of Danville, KY; three brothers, Kirk Wallace Martin, Jr. (Lenora), John Clay Martin (Marsha), Ernest Martin (Susan) all of Mount Sterling, KY; and several loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Donald Franklin Martin of Paris, KY, and Larry Dean Martin of Mt Sterling, KY; and her sister, Lois Jewell Berger of Mount Sterling, KY.
Judy leaves behind a legacy her family will always remember as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She worked at LEXMARK for several years until retirement and in her later life enjoyed spending her days surrounded by family and friends. Judy enjoyed days she could spend taking care of her grandchildren and taking her beloved puppy, Razor to the dog park. Judy’s life cannot be truly depicted by just a few lines in the newspaper. She was a wonderful woman who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Services will be announced at a later date.
