Rickey James Fryman
Rickey James Fryman, 62, husband of Mavis Ann Williams Fryman, died Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at the Saint Joseph East Hospital, Lexington, KY.
He was born in Sharpsburg, KY, to the late James Madison and Betty Jean Glass Fryman. Rickey retired from Coca-Cola after 33 years of service. He enjoyed farming, fishing and camping. He loved his family very much, was a member of the Masonic Lodge and was also a member of Central Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by four brothers, Terry (Diane) Fryman, Woody (Penny) Fryman, Steve Fryman and Mike Fryman; three sisters, Lola (Marion) Hopkins, Sandra (Robert) Hopkins and Elaine Fryman; brother-in-law, Carl (Sandy Bates) Williams and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, Travis Fryman; one brother, Davey Fryman and three sisters, Peggy Phillips, Cathy McGlothin and Valerie Jolly.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 4, 2021, at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY, by Bro. T.J. Daughtery. Burial will follow in the Paris Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2021, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Dennis Hamm, Jim Rice, Chuck Wiley, Robert McKenzie, Brad Morgan, Donald Dargevell and Billy Putteet.
Honorary pallbearers are Clevie Livingood, Buster Tipton, Mark Kennedy, Joe Horning and Donnie Hasty.
