Patty Jean Duncan Cox

Patty Jean Duncan Cox, 72, died Friday June 25, 2021, at her home.
She was born in Frankfort, KY, to the late Lee and Ann Duncan. She was a retired server at Frisch’s Big Boy in Lexington, KY. Patty enjoyed cooking, going to yard sales, strolling on the beach and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Cox; two children, Stephanie (Troy) Herald and Jamie Cox; twelve grandchildren, including Melissa (Matt) Berry, Anna Jane (Michael) Stanfield and Seirra McMillion; several great grandchildren; two sisters, Teri Lewis and Kathy (Jamie) Garrett; three brothers, Donnie (Wanda) Duncan, Wade Duncan and Bobby (Cleta) Duncan and a special friend, Frank Hatfield and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two children, Tabitha Cox and Arthur Lee Cox; one brother, Larry Duncan and one sister, Sue McMahan.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 1, 2021, at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY, by Melissa Berry. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memory Gardens, Paris, KY.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 1, 2021, until the hour of service at the funeral home.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
