Tammy Leigh Stinnett Willoughby
Tammy Leigh Stinnett Willoughby, widow of Gary Lee Willoughby, departed this life unexpectedly at her home in Millersburg, on Monday, October 4, 2021, having attained the age of 51 years.
She was born in Piqua, OH, on January 30, 1970, the daughter of the late Robert Wayne Stinnett and Cathy Lee Smith Stinnett, who survives. She was a high school graduate, was a dedicated healthcare worker for over 25 years, having worked at Caretenders, Beverly’s Angels, and High Grove where she loved her residents and considered them as extended family. She attended River of Life Ministries. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a stepson, Chad Willoughby.
Besides her mother, Cathy, she is survived by her sons, Eli (Kelly) Puckett, and Jeremiah (Leana) Stinnett; stepchildren, Angela (Barry) Sargent, Gary (Brook) Willoughby, Jr.; grandchildren, Hunter Puckett, Gunnar Puckett, Miah Grace Stinnett; step grandchildren, Beth Sargent, Lindsey Sargent, Katelynn Willoughby, and Leah Willoughby. Also surviving are her brothers, David (Brenda) Stinnett and their children, Joshua and Jacob Stinnett, James (Joy) Stinnett, and their children, Autumn, Brittany, and Brandon Stinnett. A special companion survives, her dog, Tuffy; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. www.hintonturner.com
My my dear sweet friend Tammy. I’m just now coming across this. I’m still in shock over this. I’m sure your family is also. We didn’t achnoldge much in our last text. Shorter than usual and sweet. Eli, Jeremiah and family I am Truly sorry for your loss of your mom. My heart and Prayers are with you always.
