Judith Gail Duncan Morris
Our mother, Judith Gail Duncan Morris, went home to be with her Savior on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at her home with family by her side, attaining the age of 76.
She was the widow of William Brooks Morris, Sr., retired owner of Morris Insurance, Inc., a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and a member of the First Christian Church. She was born in Carlisle, KY, on September 19, 1944, the daughter of the late Minnie Fryman and Lloyd Duncan, and preceded in death by her stepfather, Raymond Fryman.
Judy was a graduate of Paris High School, and Kentucky Business College. Our mother contributed to many civic organizations and community activities, including the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 30, Lioness Club, Senior Citizen Center, and Paris High School Class of ‘62 Reunion. She was an avid gardener, decorator, and homemaker.
Our mother loved her Scotties, Duncan and McFlynn, as well as her grand fur babies, Petals, Stella Gail, Atticus, and Boomer, as well as a cockatiel, Valentino.
Surviving children are Crystal Morris Connery, William Brooks Morris, Jr. (Frances); grandchildren, Krissa Brooke Stephens (Joshua), Caitlyn McKay Polley (Ezra), Kaitlyn Marie Jones, Sarah Elizabeth Jones; great grandchildren, Bentli Brooks Morris, Peyton Lynn Stephens, Joshua Asher Lee Stephens, Ezra Ace Polley, Aria Michelle Polley, Addison Jo Polley, and Emery Robert Jones.
