Pamela Sue Minor Hardy
Pamela Sue Minor Hardy, 76, wife of William B. Hardy for 60 years, died Monday February 21, 2022 at the Bourbon Community Hospital, Paris, KY.
She was born in Lexington, KY to the late Harold E. Minor, Sr. and the late Harriet Tatman Minor. Pam was a retired school teacher at the Bourbon County Pre-School and Bourbon Christian Academy and a member of The Way Christian Fellowship. She loved sewing and Perry Mason but her two greatest loves were her family and the Lord.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Christina (Mike) McCullar, June (Kevin) Varney, Alex (Candy) Hardy and Lorraine (Charles) Scott; eleven grandchildren, Allie McCullar, Maddie McCullar, Elizabeth Varney, Aaron Varney, Olivia Varney, Jeffrey Hardy, Sydney Hardy, Grace Hardy, Lily Scott, Jacob Scott and Ella Scott; two sisters, Laurel (Gary) Connors and Denise Minor; three great grandchildren, Dion Lewis, Delaney Lewis and Skyler Varney; special niece, Carey (Billy) Cole and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Brittany McCullar; one sister, Glenda Lathery; one brother, Harold Edward Minor, Jr.; aunt and uncle, Alma Lorraine and Clarence Alexander Pelley.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Thursday February 24, 2022 at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY by Pastor Kevin Smith. Burial will follow in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, Nicholasville, KY.
Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Wednesday February 23, 2022 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Hardy, Aaron Varney, Billy Cole, Darryl Connors, Charles Scott and Mike McCullar.
