Phyllis Ann Butler
Phyllis Ann Butler, 87, died Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Baptist Health, Lexington, KY.
A native of Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Butler, Jr. and Gladys Arnold Butler. She was a retired librarian with the Paris-Bourbon County Library and worked in the cafeteria at Bourbon County Middle School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Paris, KY where she was a long-time nursery worker.
She is survived by two nephews, Michael Todd (Martina) Lutes and Patrick Lutes; one sister-in-law, Phyllis Crump, one brother-in-law, Bobby Lutes, and a special friend, Debbie Cornett.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Rosemary Lutes.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 16, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church, 617 Pleasant Street, Paris, KY, by Rev. Dr. Eliseo Mejia. Burial will be in the Paris Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m., until the time of service on Monday, May 16, at the church.
Pallbearers will be Phil Grigson, Jeff Morrison, Mike Quinn, Tony Horn, Gerlad Porter and Eddie McNutt.
