Betty Ellen Stone Clem

Betty Ellen Stone Clem, 89, of Paris, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022 at her home. Born December 21, 1932 in Nicholas County to the late Charles and Anna Shields Stone, she was a devoted homemaker and member of Trinity Church of God. Betty loved to shop, attend church and spend time with family.
Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Craycraft and Lisa Craycraft, both of Paris; a sister, Elsie Stone, of Carlisle; seven grandchildren: Ashley (Jeff) Johnson, A.J. (Christina) Best, Chris (Erin) Best, Travis Nance, Brad Nance, Brandon Nance and Anthony Henderson; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Carolyn Sue Derrickson, four brothers: Charles, Jr., Renick, James and John Stone, and a sister, Mary Ethel Stone.
Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Monday, May 23, 2022 at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home with burial following in Paris Cemetery.
Betty’s grandsons will serve as casket bearers.
