Born in Lexington, KY, she was the daughter of Michael Anthony Strong and Melissa Kay Parra Moncada.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Joshua Luis Parra Gilindo Torres and Camer Isaac Parra Moncada; three daughters, Abby Michell Tamayo, Natalie Nicole Parra Moncada, and Gabriela Montay Parra Moncada and one brother, Jesus D. Parra Moncada.

There will be no services.
