Steven ‘Stevie’ Thomas Turner

Steven ‘Stevie’ Thomas Turner, 82, passed peacefully on Thursday, July 13th at his home surrounded by family. Widower of Susie Hedges Turner and the son of the late Alice Cooper and Stanley Turner. He was a retired veteran, Coca Cola Bottling Company employee, vet assistant and a life-long farmer.
He is survived by three daughters, Gemma (Timmy Claypool), Sandy (Arden) Livingood, and Dolly (Henry) Mitchell, all of Paris; brother Jerry (Eva) Turner, sister Judy Lewis; six grandchildren: Heather (Todd) McConnell, Emilee Jordan, Ryan (Kayla) Claypool, James (Megan) Jordan, Max Mitchell, Andrea Livingood and Quentin Mitchell; six great-grandchildren: Rhett, Hattie, and Pete Claypool, and Adelaide Keller McConnell; great niece Amanda harney, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Stevie was preceded in death by son Steven ‘Little Stevie’ Turner Jr. and sister Wana DiPressi.

A celebration of life was held Monday, July 17 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Legion Park Bland building.Thank you to all family and friends that supported us with food, calls, flowers, memory donators, and prayers through this difficult journey.
