Steven Daniel Wilson

Steven Daniel Wilson, aged 58, of Lexington, KY, passed away with peace and grace on December 1, 2024. Born on May 3, 1966, to the late Ewell and Thelma Flora Wilson in Carlisle, KY, he was the little brother to three other Wilson boys, Bobby Wilson (Lexington), as well as Mike and Jeff who predeceased him. Steven was a man of remarkable skill and creativity. An alumnus of George Rogers Clark High School, his tenacious spirit led him to a fulfilling career at Swim Pro Pool Company where his handiwork and problem-solving abilities were greatly admired.
Known for his love of reading and his passion for World War I history, Steven’s inquisitive mind was matched by his magical ability to fix anything that needed repair. His creativity left a lasting impression on all who knew him, especially his co-workers at Santa’s Forest Christmas Tree Sales for over 20 years, as well as colleagues and staff at the Frankfort Peddler’s Mall.
Cherished by his special friends, Teresa Vest and Dan Wentz, memories of Steven will continue to inspire. Steven’s legacy is one of love and the joy of shared knowledge.
No services are planned at this time. Internment will be in the Barterville Cemetery in Nicholas County.
