Mabel Robb Pena

Mabel Robb Pena, of Lexington, formerly of Paris, Kentucky, departed this life on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Hartland Park Nursing Center in Lexington, Kentucky, having attained the age of 91 years. Mabel was born in Bourbon County on April 29, 1934, the daughter of the late Oscar Robb and Fannie Mae Irvin Bussell. She was a 1952 graduate of Paris High School as well as a graduate of Kaufman Beauty School, having served her community many years as a hair stylist until her retirement, and was a faithful member of Central Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Bradford Vernon Pena, and stepfather, Harold Bussell.
Sadly, Mabel leaves no surviving relatives, just her beloved church family that she cared for so deeply.
The funeral for Mabel Robb Pena was held at 12 Noon on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Celebrant Sharon L. Berry officiating. Interment followed in Paris cemetery with casket bearers being the deacons of Central Baptist Church.
