William Earl Wagoner, Sr.

William Earl Wagoner, Sr., 77, of Paris, KY passed away Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Bourbon Community Hospital. He was born June 25, 1948 in Paris, KY to the late William M. Wagoner and Elizabeth Dean Prather Marshall. He attended Peyton’s Lick Christian Church and was a US Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a mechanic and a farmer, a member of the American Legion and he loved working on cars, watching old westerns, Elvis, cooking and most of all his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Lessia Wagoner of Winchester, KY and Melissa Wagoner of Bourbon County, KY; a sister, Christy Wagoner Stacy of Ohio; grandchildren, Hannah Wagoner, Shyann Fredrick, Cricket Wagoner, Elizabeth Wagoner, Emily Wagoner, Justin Wagoner, Katelyn Stephens and Madison Hedge; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William Earl Wagoner, Jr.; and a grandson, Brian Wagoner.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Friday, December 12, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Mary Reider officiating, burial following at North Middletown Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 PM-1 PM, Friday, December 12, 2025 at Taul Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Justin Wagoner, Ansh Singh, Dakota Campbell, Andy Pruitt, Mark Berryman and James Aaron Snapp. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Johnson, Gene Sherman, Bugs Robinson and Bobby Norris.
