Cherida Lynn Warfield
Cherida Lynn Warfield, 68, of Paris, Kentucky, born September 5, 1957, passed away peacefully at her home on December 15, 2025.
Cherida was a proud graduate of Paris High School, Class of 1975. She spent a large part of her career working at Kentucky Textiles, but she also had a soft spot for children and enjoyed her years working in local daycares.
To know Cherida was to appreciate her unique personality. She was often blunt—you always knew where you stood with her—but that honesty was matched by a generous and caring heart. She brought a sense of fun to family gatherings, especially when presenting you with a carefully selected birthday card, designed to get a laugh. (Haha!)
In her free time, Cherida loved spending time with her family. She also had a sharp eye for a bargain and loved the thrill of shopping for a good deal.
Cherida is survived by her daughter, Casey Lynn (Dylan) Sanders; her sisters, Laura Warfield and Lisa Warfield Johnson; her brother, Joseph (Vanessa) Henderson; and her niece, Olivia Warfield. She also leaves behind a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Warfield; her brother, Jerome Henderson; her uncles, Raymond & William Warfield; and her great-nephew, Davion Griggs.
