Donna Raye Jones Miller

Donna Raye Jones Miller, age 65, widow of Daniel Miller, departed this life at her home on Saturday, April 18, 2026. Donna was born on October 17, 1960, in Paris, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Larry Steven and Ann Elizabeth Morgan Jones, and had received her degree in sports medicine from the Kentucky College of Business.
Surviving is a son, Leland Frazer; a granddaughter, Sarah Ann Frazer; a grandson, Michael Frazer, two great-grandchildren, Robert Lee Hunter Frazer and Hadley Ann Frazer. Also surviving is a sister, Judith Ann (Tommy) Ritchie. In addition to her parents and first husband, William “Bud” Frazer and second husband, Daniel Miller, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Anthony Bailey.
A memorial service will be announced in the near future. Arrangements were entrusted to Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
