Billy Owen Mann

Billy Owen Mann, age 86, of Millersburg, Kentucky, passed away on April 28, 2026. He was born on March 30, 1940, in Carlisle, Kentucky, and lived a life marked by faith, kindness, and generosity.
Billy was a Christian and a devoted member of the Community Church in Carlisle, Kentucky. His faith was an important part of his life and guided the way he treated others. He was known by those who loved him as a faith-filled man who carried himself with quiet strength, a warm heart, and a sincere concern for the well-being of others.
He retired from the Stamler Corporation in Millersburg, Kentucky, after many years of dedicated work. Billy took pride in his work and in the life he built through steady effort and commitment. Outside of his career, he found joy in simple pleasures and meaningful pastimes. He was an avid penny collector and especially enjoyed going to flea markets and auctions, where he could search for treasures and enjoy the excitement of the hunt.
Billy will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and for the many lives he touched throughout his years. He is survived by two great grandchildren, Danielle Fryman and Ashley Workman; four great great grandchildren, Mason Toohey, Jessica Toohey, Alyssa Wade, and J.D. Wade; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. His family was a source of great pride and joy to him, and he cherished the time he spent with them.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearlie Sexton Mann; his daughter, Joann Walker; his granddaughter, Penny Workman; his grandson, Devon Fryman; his brother, Ray Mann; and his sister, Thelma Withrow. Their memories remained close to his heart throughout his life.
Billy Owen Mann will be remembered as a kind and generous man whose presence brought comfort and warmth to those around him. His faith, his gentle spirit, and his love for family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 PM Monday May 4, 2026, by Bro. James Jolly at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home Chapel, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY. Burial followed in the Evergreen Memory Gardens, Paris, KY. Visitation was from 11:00 AM Monday May 4, 2026, until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Justin Wade, James McIntyre, Mason Toohey, Shane Wilson, Eric Jolly and Mike Withrow. Honorary pallbearers were Judy and Terry Jolly.
