Patricia Sue Dennie Harding

Patricia Sue Dennie Harding, known lovingly to family and friends as Tricia, passed away on June 20, 2026, in Paris, Kentucky, at the age of 67.
She was born August 16, 1958, in Cynthiana, Kentucky, and lived a life marked by devotion, strength, and quiet generosity. Tricia was a hardworking and nurturing woman who cared deeply for the people and animals entrusted to her. She found joy in being outdoors and in the simple, steady routines of helping others, always offering her time, her energy, and her heart without hesitation.
Tricia retired from Mingua Brothers and worked at Webbers of Cynthiana. In every role she held, she was known for her dependable nature and strong work ethic. She was the kind of person who could be counted on in any circumstance, and she carried that same spirit into her home and family life. She also served as a caregiver, a role that reflected her compassionate heart and her willingness to put others before herself. She especially loved taking care of animals and caring for her brother, and those who knew her best will remember her as someone who gave freely and loved deeply.
She is survived by her three children, Chad Newton Harding, Heather Harding Lail, and Holly Harding (Jeremy Roberts). She also leaves behind a large and loving family of grandchildren, Jordan Barnett (Kimberly), Conner Harding, Nate Wasson, Jayce Harding, Landon Harding, Macie (Zaya) Gaunce, Braxton Lail, Bryson Lail, Chaelynn Fryman, and Whitleigh Harding, as well as great-grandchildren, Kyleigh Barnett, Kaison Barnett, Kason Gaunce, Kamden Gaunce, and Tatum Perry. Her surviving sisters include Carol Pitt and Diana Fogle (Tom); her brothers, Darryl Dennie (Beulah) and Gerald Dennie; and sister-in-law, Sue Dennie.
Tricia was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Newton Harding; her parents, William Dennie, Jr. and Violet Fern Jones; three children, Virginia Wasson, Stephanie Wedding, and Michael Whitson. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Annetta Denton, her brother, Danny Wayne Dennie Sr., and her granddaughter, Samantha Barnett. These losses were deeply felt, and she carried the memory of her loved ones with her throughout her life.
Those who knew Tricia will remember her as a woman of quiet strength, enduring love, and steadfast devotion to her family. Her presence brought comfort, her work reflected her character, and her care for others left a lasting impression on all who were blessed to know her. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished, the lives she touched, and the many memories that will continue to be held close by those who loved her.
There was a graveside service at 1:00 PM Monday, June 29, 2026, at the Republican Cemetery, Cynthiana, KY by Randy Wilson.
