Patricia Elaine Tennison

Patricia Elaine Tennison, September 13, 1942 – July 3, 2026. Well known as “Muv”, beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and great friend, passed away in Winchester Kentucky after a brief illness with her family by her side.
Elaine was born in Center, Texas and was raised in Bakersfield, California, which became her lifelong home. She graduated from South High School (Rebels) in 1961 and loved living in Bakersfield. After moving to Kentucky in her later years, she often spoke of how much she loved and missed her Bakersfield family, as well as the many lifelong friendships she cherished dearly.
Her celebration of Life service is scheduled for October 10, 2026 in Paris, Kentucky at Hopewell Presbyterian Church, The delay is to accommodate family and friends who reside outside of Kentucky who wish to attend her service and show their respects. We hope for all to be there to honer Muv.
A formal obituary will be forthcoming a week before the celebration.
