Allena Mae Bailey

We announce with shattered hearts that Allena Mae Bailey, 83, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, at UK-Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington.
Born January 19, 1943, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Frank & Nola Covey Campbell, Allena owned B&M Commercial Cleaning. She enjoyed cleaning as she also loved to cook and owned her own BBQ restaurant named Porky’s in Ohio. Allena really enjoyed Sunday dinners with her family. She loved lilies in her flower bed. She loved to see the butterflies and hummingbirds in her flower beds. She was an avid glass collector. She got a blast when she would outrun the cops with her drag cars as she would race the trains at different crossings. If you said auction or yard sale, she was ready to go. Allena loved Hallmark movies. She was a VIP member of Q.V.C. If you knew her, you would know her sweet tea was never too far away. She loved Elvis, and Dirty Dancing was one of her favorite movies.
Survivors include her daughters, Crystal Noe and Debra Sue Jackson; a son, David Bailey, “Whatcha Call It” Adam Thompson and Em Garver; a brother; George Campbell; a sister, Naomi Jackson; her grandchildren: Seth Noe, Josh Jackson, Chris Jackson, Misty Risinger, Bridgett Coldiron, Spencer Bailey and Ryan Bailey; her great- grandchildren: Max Noe, Carson Noe, Paige Smith, Emma Risinger, Olivia Risinger, Mariah Risinger, Andrew Bailey, Elizabeth Bailey, Madison Jackson, Makayla Jackson, Jackson Smith , Camilo and Miguel Uzcanga; and special friends that are like family, Becky Schmelver and Missy Jefferson, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Also preceding her in death were three sisters: Betty Campbell, Wanda Thomas and Phyllis Hodges, and a brother, Darrell Campbell.
You will be sadly missed but not forgotten, we will always love you.
Services will be 4:30 P.M. Saturday, August 22nd at Great Crossing Funeral & Cremation with visitation at 3:00 P.M.
