Brandon Travis Ferguson

Brandon Travis Ferguson departed this life on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in Lexington at the very young age of 34 years. Brandon was born in Lexington on July 15, 1992, the son of John Travis Ferguson and Alice Fay Ledington Ferguson. When he was not working, he enjoyed spending his time fishing.
In addition to his father John (Wilma) Ferguson and mother, Alice Ferguson (Jason Britton), survivors include his fiancé’ Heather Lynn Pucket; a daughter, Gracelynn Kay Brooke Ferguson, a son, Xander James Ferguson; and paternal grandmother, Donna Kay “Nenaw” Ferguson. Also surviving is his sister, Ariel Diana Ledington; aunts, Marla Kay Taylor, Karen Ledington, Katherine Spurlock; uncle, Danny Taylor, stepbrother, Jaydan Britton; best friend, Ethan Shuler; as well as six cousins.
Preceding him in death was his paternal grandfather, Marvin “Paw” Ferguson; maternal grandparents, Lucille Margaret Ledington, and Kenneth Ledington.
A memorial gathering will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with a memorial service to begin at 4:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Curtis Coots.
