Robert Franklin Tubbs

Robert Franklin Tubbs, 58, died Monday, January 22, 2024, at his home in Richmond, KY.

A native of Mt. Sterling, KY, he was the son of the late Frank Bashaw and Mary Tubbs Reynolds. He was a Lex Mark employee and loved the outdoors, especially fishing.

He is survived by one brother, Tracy Reynolds; special friend, Cathy Jones; two nephews, Tyler Reynolds and Titus Reynolds; one niece, Hannah Reynolds; one aunt, Geneva Steele and several cousins.

There will be no services.
