This event marks the beginning of construction to restore one of Millersburg’s most historic properties into vibrant new commercial space on the first floor and residential apartments above—a symbol of growth and opportunity for generations to come.

About the Project
The restoration of 404 Main Street is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant administered by the Kentucky Department for Local Government to Bourbon County Fiscal Court, with additional support from the State Historic Preservation Office, the New Markets Tax Credit Program, Fifth Third Bank, and generous donors to the Jan Wagoner Preservation Project.
