Spring Downtown Artwalk is April 17
DOWNTOWN PARIS ARTWALK IS SET FOR APRIL 17 – Betty Ann Allen, Executive Director of Tourism and, Chamber Director, Allyson Wellman, who serves as Tourism Board Secretary are shown accepting a donation from Shanda Smith, President & CEO, and Alex McKenzie of Blue Grass Federal. Betty Ann states that this is the third year the bank has made the presentation to
the Paris Bourbon County Tourism Commission for ARTWALK! She stated that they are one of Bourbon County’s finest Community Partners. Stop by their tent on April 17th from 6-9pm located near the corner of Main and 6th. Downtown merchants are busy preparing to host artists of all kinds. Painters, jewelers, sculptors, authors, woodworkers, textile artists, musicians, photographers, performance artists, and more will be on hand to exhibit, promote, and sell! Such creativity on display! Please be sure to check out all of local shops who will have their doors wide open to welcome you in! There’s sure to be music by Akemon’s Barber Shop, and food trucks will also be available. At press time food trucks include: Tolentino’s, The Dog House, Burnaco’s, and Bella Shave.
