North Middletown Christian Church choir to host ice cream supper July 26

The North Middletown Christian Church Choir has been sponsoring an ice cream supper for more than 50 years. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, July 26 at 5 p.m. at the church, which is located at 1976 Thatchers Mill Road in North Middletown. The desserts will be served in the basement of the church.
A variety of homemade ice cream and cake will be available with free seconds as long as the goodies last. Some of the past flavors have included peach, banana, orange sherbet, Oreo, vanilla and chocolate. The price is $5 and all proceeds go to the choir for the purchase of music and tuning the piano and organ.
The public is invited to this popular event to enjoy wonderful desserts and fellowship. The choir looks forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.
