Dollar Store Robbed

Two suspects robbed the Dollar General on East Main St. in Paris on Oct. 25 at approximately 9:55 p.m., according to the Paris Police Department.
One of the suspects showed a handgun and said, “This is a robbery.” They held the store employees at gunpoint while their accomplice emptied the cash register.
Authorities describe the armed suspect as 19 to 25 years old, 5-feet-1 to 5-feet-2 in height and around 135 pounds. The second suspect is also described as weighing about 135 pounds and 19 to 25 years old but 5-feet-7 to 5-feet-9 in height.
Both suspects were wearing green hoodies, gray pants, gloves and Anonymous masks, said authorities.
After completing the robbery, authorities said, the suspects fled east on foot in the direction of Rails End Nursery and were able to elude police units around the area.
