Rosa Rowland
Rosa Rowland, 52, wife of Wallace Rackey, died Friday, July 28, 2023 at her home in Carlisle, KY.
Rosa was born June 16, 1971, in Paris, Kentucky to the late Walter Ballard and Gracie Dray Rowland. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Devon Bond. She attended the Christian Faith Center in Cynthiana KY.
Survivors include two children, Brittany Bond (William) and Brandi Gaddie (Anthony), two siblings, Gary Rowland (Rose) and Lisa Cameron (William). Grandchildren, Zoey Bond, Bentley Bond, Joseph Hukle, and Kinslee Dixon as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was from 11:00 am until the time of service on Friday, August 4, 2023, at Lusk McFarland Funeral Home 1120 Main Street, Paris KY. Services were Friday, August 4, 2023 at 1:00PM by Rev. George Clifton at the funeral home.
