Carolyn Kerns

Carolyn Kerns 75, wife of David Kerns of Lehigh Acres Florida, formerly of Paris Kentucky passed away August 25, 2023, after a brief illness. She was born in Nicholas County, Ky and a daughter to the late Marvin and Christine Harney of Paris. Carolyn was a retired manager for the Healy Corporation. She is survived by her husband David Kerns of 33 years, three children Debra Harney, Lehigh Fl, Michael Mullins (Robin), North Middletown Ky and Kandice Wells (Scott), Millersburg Ky. Seven grandchildren, Heath Cord, Matika Vanmeter, Nicholas Sexton, Hayden Wells, Corporal Nathan Mullins U.S.M.C, Jordan Mullins and Lynlea Mullins, six great grandchildren, Corporal Brandon Fields U.S.M.C., Makayla, Leon, Madyson, Carter, and Sejun. Siblings, Bob, Ronnie and Scotty. Many nieces and nephews. Other than her parents she was proceeded in death by her daughter Penny Crump, granddaughter Helen Carol Mullins, sister Helen Rose Blake and brothers Sonny, Marion, David.

A gathering of family and friends was from 5-7 PM Friday September 8, 2023, at the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
