Sara B. “Sally” Wilder

Sara B. “Sally” Wilder, wife of Wilson K. Wilder, died Monday, September 25, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born December 19, 1954 in Paris, daughter of the late James Thomas “J.T.” and Eunice McDaniel Brannock. Sally was a graduate of Bourbon County High School, member of Paris First Methodist Church, and was a retired administrative manager for Hunt Brothers Pizza. She enjoyed boating, water skiing, camping, and NASCAR.

In addition to her husband, Sally is survived by a son, Will G. (Megan) Wilder; two grandchildren, Gracelyn Wilder, Amity Copher; sister, Kathleen Cohn (Ray Barton); two sisters-in-law, Tina Brannock, Mary Wilder; and abrother-in-law, George (Debbie) Wilder. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Douglass Copher; sister, Debra Pate; and brother, James Michael Brannock.

A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following at 7:00 p.m. with Father David Sanchez officiating.
