Cody’s Wish, 2023 Horse of the Year, makes surprise visit to Paris!!
SURPRISE VISIT – 2023 Horse of the Year, Cody’s Wish, and his sculptor Jocelyn Russell paid a surprise visit to the Farm to Fork dinner last Saturday evening enroute to the Kentucky Horse Park where the statue was to have been installed on September 30. With Jocelyn is her dog, Phoebe Rae.
