Attention Residents: Please be aware of the recall on Taylor Farms shredded iceberg lettuce.
What Consumers Should Do:
• Don’t eat recalled lettuce at any Taco Bell location or other restaurants. If you don’t know the source of the iceberg lettuce, ask the restaurant.
• If symptoms of cyclosporiasis present, contact a healthcare provider to receive care and report symptoms.
• If you purchased or received recalled iceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms de Mexico, carefully clean and sanitize any surfaces or containers that it touched.
