Phyllis Ann Arnold

Phyllis Ann Arnold, age 63, of Paris, departed this life at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday evening, September 24, 2024. Phyllis was born in Paris, Kentucky on February 7, 1961, the daughter of the late Virgil Espy and Barbara Lynn Howard Arnold, was a 1979 graduate of Paris High School, attended the University of Kentucky, and worked as a Staff Assistant for Lexington Fayette County Urban Government Parks and Recreation. She was a member of the First Church of God where she served in the Children’s Ministry, loved reading, attended music events, enjoyed cooking, and baking.
She is survived by three sisters, Charlotte Carol (James) Fish, Lisa Lane Clark, Leia Lynn (Scott) Sanders; nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, Brandi (Marcus) Wehrly, Lynn (Kevin) Fuller, Cody Ray Clark, Jesse (Amber) Clark, Clint (Nora) Fish, Taylor Fish; as well as several great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
The funeral service for Phyllis Ann Arnold will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy W. Pierce officiating. Interment will be in the Paris cemetery with casket bearers being Clint Fish, Cody Clark, Jesse Clark, Marcus Wehrly, James Fish, Kevin Fuller, Michael Nickerson, and Daniel George. Visitation is on Sunday evening, September 29, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home.
