James Gregory Sutton, aged 59, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2024, in Nashville, TN. Born on November 29, 1964, in Lafayette, TN, James was a man of honor, integrity, and joy, whose presence uplifted everyone around him.
James proudly served his country as a veteran of the Army, a period of his life that shaped much of his character and work ethic. His dedication to service was evident in all his endeavors and was deeply respected by his peers and community. After his military service, James continued to contribute to his community, forming lasting relationships and leaving a positive impact on those he worked with.
A lover of music, James found solace and joy in melodies and rhythms. His passion for music was infectious, and he often shared this love with his friends and family, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
He is survived by his beloved son, Collin Sutton, who was the light of his life. James’s legacy of kindness, strength, and compassion will live on through Collin and the many lives he touched.
James Gregory Sutton will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him. His memory will be cherished in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing this remarkable man.
