Farrah Raye Welch

Farrah Raye Welch 48 passed away Friday February 14, 2025. She was born in Bourbon County on January 15, 1977, to William Ray and Charlene Hope Watkins Snapp.
She was a graduate of Nicholas County High School and Maysville College; she was employed at Family Care Associates for sixteen years as a nursing assistant. She loved flowers, motorcycles, cooking, spending time with her family and nature.
She is survived by her parents Ray and Hope Snapp, three children Hannah Miracle, Don Padgett Jr. and Brooklyn Welch, four grandchildren Kellen Lukins, Evelyn Zornes, Noah Miracle and Charlie Miracle, two sisters Kim Snyder and Kyla Weaver, her dogs Pepper, Rudy and Coon and her pet rooster Todd.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Charles and Roberta Watkins, her maternal great grandparents Eugene and Blanche Booth, her paternal grandparents Lewis Snapp and Joanna Basel.
Funeral services were held at 1 pm on Thursday February 20, 2025, at Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home with Dr. Brian Mulberry officiating with burial following in the Carlisle Cemetery.
Visitation was Thursday 11 am – 1 pm. Pallbearers were Ryan Taber, Chris Taber, Kyle Kendall, Brian Anderson, Derick Anderson and Terry Feeback Jr.
Honorary pallbearers were the physicians and staff at Family Care Associates in Cynthiana. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses. Carlisle-Clark Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
