Randy Dever

Randy Dever, 88, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025. He was born Randall Wade Dever on November 2, 1936, son of Otto Robert and Elizabeth Coyle Dever.
Randy retired from General Electric. He was a founding member of Fairdale Christian Church and member of Evangel World Prayer Center. He was active in the church’s prison ministry.
He also volunteered for the activities team at Louisville Post Acute. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Cranmer Dever; and son-in-law, Mark Petry.
Survivors include his daughters, Debra Petry, Gwen Dever (Mark Gallman), Sandra Greenert (Stephen) and Renae Orange (Terry); nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. His funeral service was 3pm Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial. Visitation was after 11am until the time of the service.
