Ethel Sexton Blair

Ethel Sexton Blair, age 96, widow of Lester Blair, died Friday, October 3, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 1, 1929 in Neon, Kentucky, daughter of the late Boyd and Verdie Bentley Sexton.
Ethel is survived by four daughters, Shelia (Buster) Tipton, Janet Prater, Marlene Blair, Wanda Lucas; a son, Terry (Denise) Blair; sister, Ann Riggs; thirteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and nine great, great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Kay Blevins; and a granddaughter, Crystal Blevins.
Visitation was 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 6, at the Hinton-Turner Funeral Home. Funeral services were 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 7, at the funeral home with Keith Barkley officiating.
