Ronald “Ron” Lee Barbee
Ronald “Ron” Lee Barbee, 65, husband of Peggy Barbee, died Monday, August 7, 2023 at Baptist Health, Lexington, KY.
Born in Lexington, KY, he was the son of the late Jerry Barbee and Margie King Barbee.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by eight children, Melissa Lyons, Rhonda (Jackie) Lyman, Ronald Barbee Jr., Sylvia (Robert) Rice, Anna Barbee, Jerry Barbee, Vanessa Barbee and Angel Barbee; one brother Jackie Barbee; two aunts; one uncle; seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons, Joey Barbee and Lucas Barbee; one grandson, Tristen Ray Campbell and one uncle, Buddy King.
There will be a memorial service at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Clintonville Christian Church 141 Austerlitz Rd., Paris, KY. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the church.
