Justin Wayne Ormes

Justin Wayne Ormes peacefully departed this life on November 22nd, 2022 at 4:50am at UK Hospital. Born September 22nd, 1988 to Jeff (Melissa) Hackworth and the late Denise Ann Ormes. 

Justin is survived by a son Gabriel Blake Ormes, his partner Kimberlynn Grace Reynolds, 4 step-children Trenton Clay, Isabel Lillian Hope, Sophie Renee and Jace Gabriel Stafford. 2 sisters Kasandra and Kelsey Ormes, 4 nephews, Zander Henderson Ormes, Reiley Ormes, Landon Lee Acree and Paxton Layne Campbell. His loving grandmother Barbara Ormes, Great Uncle Ches-ter Meyers, Great Aunt and Uncle Richard and Patsy Hamilton, Uncle Michael Ormes, Aunt Vic-toria as well as many friends and relatives. 

Justin was a unique individual, a loving son, father, brother, and grandson. He is proceeded in death by his grandfather Jerry Ormes. 

A memorial is to be held on September 23rd, at 11 am at N. Middletown Christian Church.
