Maggie C Stewart

Maggie C Stewart, born June 30,1949, passed away September 22nd, 2024. Maggie was born and raised in Jeffersonville, KY to the late Hattie and Arthur Martin, she was the middle child with four brothers and five sisters. As a young woman Maggie married Johnny Stewart of North Middletown and had two sons, John Davis Stewart, Jr and Jeffery Wayne Stewart. The Stewart family spent many years together raising cattle and crops on their farm in Bourbon County.
Maggie was preceded in death by her husband and leaves behind her sons, two grandchildren, Ashley Foley (spouse Ryan Foley), Brooke Harris and Jeffery Wayne Stewart, Jr. (spouse Ally Stewart) and two great grandchildren, Claire and Heidi Foley.
Maggie loved nature and was rarely seen without one of her dogs by her side. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending time in her gardens caring for her plants and flowers. At the request of the family the services will be private.
The funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home, 1120 Main St., Paris, KY.
